The Agility Helpdesk is a one-stop site providing our customers with:
- Easy to navigate support for all aspects of Agility
- Step-by-step installation and configuration guides for all Agility applications
- User-friendly release notes, regularly updated to detail fixes and enhancements available for release
- An active Agility-user community for sharing ideas, raising enhancement requests and shooting questions directly to Agility support
- A practical roadmap to get you started in the help center
Meanwhile, whether you need help with upgrades or have even the simplest question, an experienced member of our support team is always available.
Over the phone, via remote access or in person and onsite, we’ll partner with you to form a lasting, productive relationship. At our user group meetings and workshops, held annually in Europe and the US, we’ll share practical, hands-on instruction, information and insights. Plus a bit of fun. We started hosting these meetings way back in the mid ’90s, at a time when most other companies shied away from assembling all of their customers in the same room. Since then, we’ve hosted 40 of them, and attendance is still, as always, free of charge. We hope that whenever and wherever you work with us, you’ll find us enthusiastic, open and straightforward.
