Magnitude Software, Inc., a leader in delivering corporate performance insights for organizations with increasingly fragmented application and data environments, today announced the acquisition of Agility Multichannel, a product information management (PIM) solutions provider focused on product content management and syndication for multichannel commerce enablement. The acquisition expands Magnitude Software’s ability to drive digital transformation for their customers, broaden coverage into the rapidly growing digital commerce market, and extend its portfolio of pervasive connectivity, master data management (MDM) and pre-packaged analytics solutions for corporate performance management (CPM).

Senior Hires Bolster Solutions Sales

Our focus was on deepening the expertise and knowledge that we provide our customers whose successful PIM transformations are our number one concern.”
 
Dawn Zassick has joined the company as Global Vice President of Customer Solutions after spending most of the past 15 years as an Agility customer. Zassick has an extensive history of successful PIM/MDM implementations and of leading change management within organizations to ensure successful adoption and transformation of marketing operations and data governance practices. Throughout her career, Zassick has worked extensively within distribution, but has also driven change within retail, manufacturing and agency environments. In 2016, Ventana Research awarded Zassick their Operational Innovation Leadership Award for driving digital transformation at Tucker Rocky with Agility® PIM.
 
Sanchit Grover has joined as Senior Solutions Strategist, leading technical sales and product management for Agility Multichannel in North America. He brings extensive experience solving MDM problems for some of the largest brands in retail, B2B and manufacturing, creating strategies and solutions and helping to build and establish productive business units. Grover worked previously with Deloitte, Stibo Systems and SapientNitro. In his view, too much content management in back-end systems, like ERPs, can lead to stalls. Too much content weight in the kinds of front-end marketing applications that have proliferated in recent years can cause nose dives. To rebalance Content Gravity and to achieve "straight and level" flight, a stable, central and neutral “Content Hub” is a critical requirement.
