Agility Multichannel gab heute bekannt, dass dem Unternehmen in der letzten Ausgabe des „MDM Landscape“-Berichtes des unabhängigen Forschungsunternehmens The Information Difference der erste Platz in der Kategorie „Kundenzufriedenheit“ zuerkannt wurde. In der Kategorie Technologie im Allgemeinen errang Agility mit äußerst knappem Rückstand den zweiten Platz und landete somit vor einem großen Feld führender großer MDM-Anbieter, darunter IBM, SAP, Oracle und Informatica.
Agility Multichannel, whose Agility® MDM for Product Data/PIM software empowers manufacturers, distributors and retailers around the world to conquer the complexities of commerce, today announced that it had received the top ranking for “customer satisfaction” in the latest MDM Landscape report from independent research firm The Information Difference. For its overall technology, Agility rated an extremely close second place, positioning it above offerings from a large field of leading, global MDM vendors including IBM, Informatica, Oracle and SAP.
