For second year in a row Agility Multichannel is Number One for Customer Satisfaction above all other MDM vendors

Agility Multichannel today announced that it had again received top ranking for “customer satisfaction” in the 2015 MDM Landscape report from independent research firm The Information Difference.

Citing significant growth in the MDM marketplace over the past year, the annual report ranked leading MDM providers, assigning a significant part of each vendor’s “technology” score to customer satisfaction, as determined by a survey of customers. For the second year in a row, research showed that Agility Multichannel was the vendor with the happiest customers, putting them at the top of a large field of leading, global MDM vendors including IBM, Informatica, Oracle, SAP and Stibo Systems.

The founders of The Information Difference helped shape the MDM industry and have in-depth, global MDM project experience. President and CEO Andy Hayler commented, “To rank #1 for customer satisfaction in a survey based on a large sample of references speaks volumes. To do it two years in a row is a far more difficult and impressive achievement, showing not just commitment but follow-through.
Hayler continued: “Customers scored Agility particularly highly on  the question ‘Did the software deliver to your expectations?’ which is a key element of overall customer satisfaction. They also rated it very highly on ‘Did the software deliver business benefits?’ which is surely the most important thing of all.”
