Independent Analyst Firm Names Agility Multichannel a “Strong Performer” in PIM Solutions Report
Agility Multichannel, whose Agility® Product Information Management (PIM) software empowers brand manufacturers, distributors and retailers around the world to conquer the complexities of commerce, today announced that it had been named a “Strong Performer” in The Forrester Wave™: Product Information Management Solutions, Q4 2016 report.
In their report, Forrester analysts Fiona Swerdlow and Nasry Angel described PIM as being “indispensable in the new era of distributed commerce” and evaluated ten top PIM vendors. The report states that Agility Multichannel “excels at connectivity and flexibility in working with data” and received the highest possible (5/5) score in the following PIM criteria categories:
- Back-office connectors
- Sell-side (omnichannel) connectors
- Product taxonomy and relationship management
- Reporting and governance
“We’re gratified that we received the highest scores possible in categories related to what we believe are the key features business users look for in a PIM system,” said Agility Multichannel CEO Richard Hunt. “Agility is great at integrating data, giving business users the ability to manage their products without IT support, and syndicating the right content at the right time to every channel and touch point.
